questions, you spend less hours doing the e-mailing. It can
also do your monthly billing for you. If your billing is at
the same time period each month let you autoresponder do it
for you. While using it for this purpose you can get a
little advertising done, slip in a new service or product to
let your clients know that your site is changing.

If you do a lot of writing for your business and need to
send the information to a lot of people againn let the
autoresponder do it. The beauty here is if you have a
particularlly large file you are working on and your clients

Let us say you do multi level marketing, the only way to
make the big money is to keep your downline selling for you.
Again your autoresponder can help, you program in
motivational messages for your downline and keep them going.
You could even program messages thanking your top sellers
and put in a link for something free for their efforts. When
usibg your responder in this way you will build compitition
amongst the ranks. The really nice thing is you get to
choose the intervals the messages go out, just program how
often you want to send and let it take over for you.

Now we are getting to one of the best uses for your
autoresponder, the e-mail marketing benefit. While e-mail
marketing, you need to stay in constant contact with your
mailing list. In order to stay in touch with the list your
autoresponder is the most valuable tool you have. Let us say
you are going to update your site with new products. You
want to start e-mailing ahead of time to your list. Tell
them what ypu are putting on your updated sitte. Keep
putting teasers in front of them, make it to the point they
cannot resist coming to see what you have done. Build their
interest, you might even give them something from your new
site just to keep them interested. When you use your
autoresponder as a sales tool do not hard sell, use it ti
build interest. Let them come to you just keep your message
in front of them.

Here we should talk about how to get your messages through
the spam filters of most e-mail clients. I think the first
thig to do is have oyur clients whitelist the autoresponder
address. That way all of your messages will be delivered to
their inbox. If they do not know how to do this no big
problem. On the net there are places to check your ad for
free. What you do is run your ad through a software that
checks it for words that the filters use to see if it is
spam, if these words are found you can then fix your ad so
that it gets through.

I really cannot stress how good of a tool an autoresponder
can be. Just how good though depends on how well you
understand it. I have given you tips on what they can be
used for, but the key is your understanding of it. So please
