They are also not ‘Pump n Dumping’ due to the fact that they are sending out emails that are compliant with section 17b of the securities act (disclosure) and even if they were to aquire stock before their send out, if they disclose it in their emails and tell everyone that they have purchased ‘X’ amount before the mention of company ‘XYZ’ and that they will sell it for a profit before during or after the mention of said stock, they’re in the clear.
