Not only does this speed up proceedings considerably, it also ensures that the correct postage is being paid each time.

Indeed, digital franking machines also allow businesses to brand their outgoing mail with their company logo and return address, as well as any other ad-hoc slogans. Perhaps there is a particular event that month that they wish to advertise, or a Christmas message they would like to express. Whatever the reason, digital franking machines allow businesses to optimise their outgoing mail and use every possible promotional avenue to their advantage.

Ultimately, more and more organisations are realising that by tracking their mail more effectively, they can streamline their business and maximise all possible revenue options through envelope-advertising. Not only do digital franking machines cost less to dispatch standard letters and packages, they also greatly enhance a company’s efficiency by cutting out a lot of laborious manual-handling and this can only be a good thing. After all, every penny counts.
