MLM Network Marketing Is It Really About Your Product?

Everyday we get "pitches" from other network marketers trying to sell us on

their MLM business opportunity. Typically they spend most of the time telling

you how great their product is.

So do people really join your MLM network marketing business opportunity

because of the product?

Well, Yes and NO!

Lets start with the "Yes" part first. In my first MLM network marketing

company I know that about 75% of the associates were product consumers before

they became company reps. I think most of them may have become company reps

just to get the product cheaper - since they were using the product everyday.

However, they didn't join the company to really GROW a business… and you

always want new associates that will be business builders.

Now let's talk about the NO portion. People will join your MLM network

marketing business opportunity, not because of the incredible product, but

rather because of YOU or YOUR SYSTEM.

They have to see themselves working with the system you or your team presents.

They want a business, and the product is simply secondary. Sure they may

grow to love the products, but they initially joined the MLM network

marketing company because they could see themselves plugging into YOUR SYSTEM.

So here is the big question - Do You Have a System? And not the tired

recruiting systems of the 1980's - like hotel meetings, buying expensive

leads, etc.
