A single positive experience is a powerful thing. Once you have given them that positive experience, it is a sure bet that they will return and buy from you again.

A critical component of the sales process is the sales method. Now you have customers coming around, you need an easy way for them to purchase the product. You need a web site, a sales letter, and an email follow up system. A killer sales letter will sell the benefits of the product. Generating interest and prompting the customer to click the "Buy now" button is the focus here. You have to make them believe that they need, not just want but NEED, your product. An auto responder will manage all those emails you will receive. It will also keep you in constant contact with existing customers as well as nurturing new prospects continually.

A delivery system is provided by a web site. You will also gain a global, international presence with a web site. Customers can download electronic products instantly and shipping information for physical product shipment can be gathered and managed. With a web site, your customers will know where to find you again as well.

It is easy to make money at home with these basics. Follow them and your life can change with the click of a mouse.
