Network Marketing Training - Exploding Your Downline With TRUE Duplicating Training

One of the biggest problems in any network marketing organization is the lack of productivity the further a new distributor is downline from a big leader (diamond, double diamond or whatever.) The reason for this? - Poor Network Marketing Training? Maybe, but it depends on the type of training as well.

Sure your new distributors need to know about the products or services, the commission plan, and the company. But the real key to the explosion in your downline is proper network marketing training - that's the "marketing" part of network marketing. It's often forgotten in many organizations, and it is absolutely essential for your recruits to learn marketing better than educating them about your program, commission plan and company history. They need to be trained in how to execute a real marketing system, and better yet, one that is automated and easily duplicatable.

How do you know when your network marketing training isn't working? You already know the answer - or haven't you heard statements like these:

"I don't know how or where to find leads."

"I can't get anyone to sponsor under me"

"I'm devoting so much time to this but not earning any money"

If you had a truly duplicable marketing training program, you would not hear these kinds of statements. (And if I here one more upline person explain about the 3-foot rule, I'm going to scream!) The point here is that you cannot keep and motivate a large downline organization if they cannot get your marketing program to work for them.

Sure the McDonald's system is duplicatable, but is it duplicatable by anyone or everyone? The formula you use to make achievements may seem obvious to you, but if you cannot teach your downline the EXACT same system, you're doomed to fail.

If you pause to consider where you are today in your primary company, you will come to the conclusion that you actually took specific steps toward reaching specific tasks in your business. Those results are your marketing system. Without that system, you would be nowhere very quickly.

The leaders in our industry know how to generate leads, follow up with those leads, and convert them at a specific rate. Can you say with any specificity that you know each of these steps intimately and then package it in such a way so that any new recruit can follow in your footsteps?

Now you're at a fork in the road: if you answered "yes" to the question above, you're a leader and you probably have a good network marketing training in your program, and you only need to ensure that your marketing training is being taught and followed by everyone in your downline.

If not, you're at one of the greatest points in your network marketing experience because you are about to execute a simple, straight forward plan that will take your group to the next level. If you said no to the above question, then you need to step back and take your marketing success and break it into a step-by-step process. Now here's a key point: automate this teaching process so it is repeated exactly the same way to everyone that joins your downline. Make it clear that in order to achieve the level of success they wish, they need to follow the proven network marketing training that you (or you and your upline) developed.

Keep in mind one overriding rule that you'll hear me repeat in many of my network marketing training tips: Remember where you are spending most of your time, and if that time is not producing net income for you, then you are spending too much time in that area. The process mentioned here should not take up a tremendous amount of your time. Automate it with a PowerPoint presentation that can be e-mailed directly to your downline. Or better yet, make a simple YouTube video and e-mail the link to your downline. The material will only be developed once, but it will be delivered exactly the same to everyone in your organization.

Then when you get those calls like I mentioned above, you can ask them:
What did you do in step 1, step 2, step 3, etc. This small change can have a massive affect as you watch your downline begin to explode with activity.

And all of this because you put the "marketing" back into your network marketing training.
