Include in the newsletter the available jobs within the company that your employees may be interested to attain. This way, you show them that career growth is possible with your company and that anyone can achieve higher levels.

This way, they will feel that they belong with the right company. They will be satisfied and will not think of changing companies the instant an offer is made their way.
