The Story of Joe and Jane

Meet Joe. He’s your regular average guy with regular average interests. Like most boys his age Joe likes sports, videogames, and reading about what goes on in the world from time to time.

But Joe has a problem. Since the beginning of the school year, he’s liked this girl name Jane. Though Joe wasn’t ugly, stupid, or smelly he still couldn’t bring himself to go up to Jane and ask her out. His problem was that he didn’t know how to talk to girls. Of course he couldn’t talk to Jane about sports, videogames, current events maybe, but Joe didn’t know exactly what. Talking about politics at the first date is good if Joe didn’t really want to get down with Jane.

So for months Joe was a mess. Everyday that passed by felt like torture. He desperately wanted so bad to ask Jane out but he could never think of anything to say or talk about. Joe feared he had reached a dead end.

Luckily, Joe had a good friend named John. One day after school, John told Joe to check out this new website on the internet called NewHotStuff.net. John said it was a great site for news about the latest things on just about anything that Joe was interested in. When he heard this, Joe suddenly became excited and rushed back home to surf the internet.

A smile came across Joe’s face when he read the first article. It talked about sports. The next one talked about videogames, then after that, current events. But Joe became surprised to find more NewHotStuff. Some were things he never knew about. He read on about fashion, entertainment news, movies, television shows and so much more. Before Joe finished reading the last article for the day (Joe liked the site so much he read all of the articles) Joe got an idea. He slapped his forehead and smiled and said “I’m such a spaz for not thinking of it sooner!”

The next day Joe put on his phatest threads, combed his hair and brushed his teeth twice before going to school. When he got to class he sat next to Jane and said hi. His confidence shined like the light reflecting from his twice brushed pearly whites. Then, Joe asked Jane if she ever heard about the new movie coming out this weekend, and the new television show premiering later tonight.

Jane flashed a huge smile and told Joe, “Yes! As a matter of fact I have!” Joe was surprised, but nothing prepared him for what he heard next. It turned out Jane read it all just yesterday from this great site called NewHotStuff.net. Joe and Jane laughed and went on a date after school that day. And it’s all thanks to NewHotStuff.net
