The Writers Blog

I recently found a new love in my life...the love of writing. The thought that I can delve into my imagination and create the existence of some wonderful character totally excites me.
Now, I didn't just randomly stumble onto this. I read a fantastic book, and it got me thinking. If that author could create such a compelling story, couldn't I do the same? So I tried it...I began typing, letting the words come on their own. Not thinking, just typing. Before long, I had a story.
And then I had another thought. Wouldn't it be great if somebody had a website devoted to writing? Not wholly devoted to how to write, but actually writing; a site where people could go and read stories. They could click on their computer, hop over to the site, and get lost in another world, if only for a few minutes.
So that became my next intention; to create that site. And that is just what I have done. I've created it in the form of a blog.
This blog is entirely geared to writing and the writers world. It is a blog where people can go to read a good story; where budding authors can go for tips on writing or publishing; and where writers can connect with other writers. Basically, if it is writing related, it may end up here. And if it isn't here, well, we can fix that. So here's to the launch of my blog, and to a good story!
