3: the retailer could also do 1 thing such as buying wholesale products which may have some manufacturing irregularity or defect but which are not beyond repair. Most of times such products have some small design defect which can be easily corrected or even if not corrected it doesn’t affect the way a product looks or feels .one important fact to be taken care of is that the consumer should be always aware that the wholesale price is irregular. The consumer normally shouldn’t have any kind of complication unless he feels that the price is not right
